With over a decade of experience in real estate and more than five years as a brokerage partner, Martin has been instrumental in growing Creativ Realty into a powerhouse of innovation and excellence.
 
Before stepping into brokerage leadership, Martin built a high-performing real estate career, consistently ranking among the top agents in his market. He has successfully sold hundreds of properties, from single-family homes to multi-million-dollar developments, earning a reputation for strategic negotiation, deep market expertise, and exceptional client service. His firsthand experience as a top producer gives him a unique perspective in guiding agents to scale their own businesses and maximize success.
 
Under his leadership, the brokerage has expanded to 42 salesperson and 10 staff, with a vision to surpass 100 salesperson while maintaining a culture of collaboration, expertise, and exceptional service. His strategic focus includes agent development, recruiting top talent, and diversifying brokerage services, including the launch of dedicated Luxury, Commercial, Residential Leasing, and Property Management divisions.
